Load Account Process
Once a debtor’s account is loaded into the admin system, an SMS is immediately sent to the
debtor. SMS template is customized at client level

cost of tracing will be billed on the debtor’s account. An alert is placed on the account
being traced to ensure that we are notified of any changes made to the debtor’s contact
details in future
Client instructions will be obtained for the purpose of instituting legal process and issuing simple summons.
We will pursue financial inquiry on the financial status of the debtor in the Magistrate Court
The Call Centre Agent will set account allocation settings based on the priority allocated
to action and status. This will determine the order in which the account is placed in the
