We intend to collect any debt owed by anyone to anybody- debtors owed by
parents to school, customers to creditors, debtors to credit providers, home
owners to body corporate, citizens to municipalities, and client to the bank.
We trace debtors, arrange and facilitate meetings between debtors and
creditors were necessary. We negotiate with the debtor with the aim of making
payment arrangements. We follow up on promises to pay and set targets for
our collection on a monthly basis.
Requirements for collection process
Client must provide MPR Collection with the following
A soft copy of age analysis older than three (3) months, on excel containing
Full names of debtors
Identity numbers
Updated and correct contacts numbers
Copy of signed contract between body corporate and the debtor.
Statements of account of the debtor or proof of payment history
Copy Identity Documents
Copy of proof of residence
Copy of salary slip
Agreement between creditor and debtor regarding the debt (cause of action)
